We offer more than 75 types of management services, including: prospect tenant due diligence, preparing lease agreements, rental market analysis, lease management, and filling vacancies to help you manage your property efficiently and effectively.
Q: "We are unfortunately dealing with legal issues, may GLC Property Management help?"
No. Because we are not a law firm, we shall not and do not provide services which require a law license. Therefore, it may be reasonable to consult with an attorney. However, aside from such issues, GLC Management is authorized to provide real estate services under articles and provisions under California Civil Code (CIV). Furthermore, GLC Management complies with applicable local, state, federal fair housing statutes.
Q: "How do you screen prospective tenants?"
Our specialists will professionally and correctly handle; applications, background checks, credit checks, rental history, employment verification, references, and in certain cases, conduct in-person interviews. Our process assists owners, residents and constituents, so they may not be situated within foreseeable harm.
Q: "Does GLC have insurance coverage?"
Absolutely. GLC is covered by general liability insurance for any unfortunate event in which there may have been a breach.
Q: "Can you help with social events and meeting minutes?"
Depending on circumstances, and upon approval by constituents, our public relations team may assist with community multifamily social events such as, but is not limited to; ice cream socials, bingo game nights, board game events and football game watch events. Upon approval, we can help with meeting agendas and recording of meeting minutes.
Q: "We've been searching for a better and more reliable management company. We'd like to chat and know your management fees. Does GLC provide free estimates or quotes?"
Absolutely. During a scheduled meeting, we ask questions related to the subject property and its internal and external circumstances. Upon analysis of the facts, our team will be able to make a conclusion and provide a management fee quote, free of charge.
Q: "Does GLC Management provide multifamily commercial real estate guidance and advice?"
Absolutely. We listen to your concerns regarding your property and resident & tenant complaints, if any. We guide constituents by providing solutions to solve their commercial property needs.
Q: "Does GLC offer Private Security Services?"
Yes, we have a premier security department which offers comprehensive & effective private security for associations.
Q: "How do you handle tenants and residents?"
We exercise GLC Management's rights, responsibilities and performance duties authorized by its principals and constituents. Our operating policy requires that there is a mutual understanding of terms and conditions. Furthermore, we make reasonable efforts to ensure that our communities are Health and Safety Code compliant. We care by providing reasonable solutions to resolve HSC issues.
Q: "Are there any guaranteed terms and conditions for management services?
Our guarantee for all constituents is that if you are not happy with our services, please let us know so we may be able to provide better or new solutions to improve our management services. If a constituent truly feels unappreciated or unsatisfied, we will send a contract which voids the previous terms and conditions, without any cancellation fees. Our goal is to provide the highest quality management services.
