Online eCheck and Card Payments
Our ePay Portal gives you the means to set up and manage your ACH and card payments online. CLICK HERE to register or log in.
Payment by Phone
Our support team can accept one-time ACH payments by phone. For assistance, please call (800)927-0288.
Bill Pay from First Foundation Bank:
Alternatively, you can use the bill pay service provided by your personal bank. When using your bank bill pay, you will want to include the following information in your payment profile.
- Payee: (Name of your HOA or GLC Property Management)

Mailed Payments:
Homeowners and renters can mail payment directly to the processing center noted below. It is important your check be written out to the name of your association and your account number is provided in the memo area on your check or you can include a copy of your payment coupon or statement to apply payment.
