He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Trident University International, gaining insight into the dynamics of organizational principles, customer service, professional ethics and accounting management. Additionally, a Masters in Business Administration from Western Governors University (WGU), enhancing his knowledge in project management, microeconomics, macroeconomics and social purpose responsibility. John holds a Strategic Management Certificate from Harvard University, where he gained deeper insight into C-suite decision-making, principles and value creation. Prior to his transition to full-time commercial property management, he began his real estate career with KW and its commercial department. At RE/MAX GOLD, he consistently ranked at the top 5% of all brokers and sold over $36,000,000 worth of real estate and been recognized with 8 awards from his real estate responsibilities.

Furthermore, he previously served on a Sacramento County city government commission and 3 public policy sub-committees for 6 years, earning 3 city acknowledgements. He currently serves as a program director and captain for a community safety organization in Placer County. His deep understanding of the multitude of challenges that property owners face enable the firm to effectively assist investment property owners, landlords, clients, and principals. His passion, foresight, virtues and dedication to excellence have been keys to customer success. In addition to his duties, he is responsible for charitable initiatives and scholarship events. Kristofer John and his wife, Victoria, are the parents of four children.
