Lease Compliance:
Accurate records are critical for compliance and efficient communication. We ensure all tenant profiles are updated in our property management portal by every end of the month to avoid delays in lease renewals or emergency communications. Reach out to our support team if you need assistance navigating the owner portal.
Maintenance Request System Upgrade
Starting May 27, our tenant portal will roll out a new maintenance request feature, allowing tenants to upload photos and track request statuses in real time. This upgrade aims to streamline communication and improve response times. Property Managers: Join our training session on May 25th at 11:00 AM PST to learn how to manage the new system.
